3D Printed Gear Indicator
Rationale for design: Made to replace the commonly failing nylon shifting ball joint found in all BMWs’ and to add instantaneous gear feedback to the driver. This is to help with super short throw gearboxes lever setups.
Shifting mechanically designed to work in junction with or without reverse lock out mechanism.
Overall assembly requires no drilling or modification of chassis or shifting lever hole.

Sensor type: Magnetic Hall Effect (12-bit sensor resolution). No wear, non-vibration sensitive.

3D Printed Exhaust Flange
It all begins with an idea.
Rationale for design: Cost inflation of labour and stock material. Obtaining a laser cut SS316 flange cut for an M52B28 will cost around $460 in 6mm thick plate. For an equivalent price, a printed, custom lightweight exhaust flanges can be made. The exhaust flange uses the standard metal/copper strand gasket.
Made to be light, stiff yet compliant and easy to weld.
Flanges exit side is made to be fusion welded onto a matching swaged tube.
Exit profile “port matches” the exhaust port. A standard 1-3/4” tube is used before swaging to shape in a custom die.

M40 to M52 Power Steering Bracket
It all begins with an idea.
Rationale for design: Made to facilitate having a M3 E46Steering rack on E30 with a M52B28 engine.
This bracket is designed to work with all standard pulleys, belt lengths, belt types and mounting locations. This bracket is the compromiser part between all the different generations of parts to make the older and newer era parts function flawlessly together.
Made to be light and stiff.
New hydraulic lines is a must as the lines endings between the E30 and E46 are non exchangeable.
